PRESERVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021 THE ORGANIZATION HAD HELPED FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF 583 AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS IN FOURTEEN PROJECTS PRIMARILY IN THE TWIN CITIES METROPOLITAN AREA. THE ORGANIZATION HAS PROVIDED CONSTRUCTION FINANCING FOR MANY OF THESE PROJECTS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ALSO DIRECTLY INVESTED IN MANY OF THESE PROJECTS. FOR SOME OF THESE PROJECTS THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OVERSIGHT FUNCTIONS TO INSURE THEIR CONTINUED COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENTS.
