DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED PERMANENT AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN, OFFERED PROGRAM OPTIONS RELEVANT TO THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF HOUSEHOLDS, AND PROMOTED SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR THESE HOUSEHOLDS IN NORTHERN ST. LOUIS COUNTY. 845 HOUSEHOLDS (OR 1458 PEOPLE) WERE REFERRED AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: TRANSITIONAL HOUSING - 17 HOUSEHOLDS, HOUSING SUPPORT-37 HOUSEHOLDS, PERMANENT HOUSING - 30 HOUSEHOLDS, CHRONIC PERMANENT HOUSING - 31 HOUSEHOLDS, AND FURNITURE ASSISTANCE - 114 HOUSEHOLDS. ALSO PROVIDED REFERRALS, OUTREACH AND SHELTER SERVICES FOR 616 HOUSEHOLDS.
