IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MINNESOTA REGIONAL SERVICE COMMITTEE (MNRSC) OF NARCOTICS ANONYMOUS, INC. WHICH IS A MINNESOTA NONPROFIT CORPORATION QUALIFYING AS A TAX- EXEMPT PUBLIC CHARITY UNDER SECTION 50L(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
