THROUGH THE SUPPORT OF INNOVATION AND EDUCATION IN HEALTH CARE SERVICES, WE WILL PERPETUATE MEDICAL EXCELLENCE IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.INTEGRITY HEALTH FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE COST SAVING CARE MODELS SUCH AS AN ACCOUNTABLE CARE ORGANIZATION (ACO) WHICH OFFERS ENHANCED CARE MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE PATIENT CLINICAL OUTCOMES, REDUCE HEALTH CARE EXPENDITURES, AND ENRICH PATIENT SATISFACTION.INTEGRITY HEALTH FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ITS MISSION WITH CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA-DULUTH IN SUPPORT OF MEDICAL EDUCATION THROUGH THE JOHN DWYER SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
