WE PROVIDE ADDICTION WELLNESS COACHING TO PEOPLE WITH ADDICTION AND LOVED ONES. FACE IT TOGETHER'S MISSION IS TO GET PEOPLE WITH ADDICTION AND THEIR LOVED ONES. WE MEASURE OUR MEMBERS' PROGRESS TOWARD WELLNESS THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE MEASUREMENT TOOL AND EVALUATION PROGRAM. WE NAVIGATE CLIENTS TO OTHER SERVICES THAT HELP THEM GET AND STAY WELL. WE ENLIST EMPLOYERS AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS THAT KEEP PEOPLE FROM GETTING WELL AND STAYING WELL. IN, 2021 WE SERVED 351 MEMBERS THROUGH OVER 3300 COACHING SESSIONS.
