THE HOOP BOOSTERS PROVIDE FUNDS FOR CAMBRIDGE ISANTI BASKETBALL TO ALLOW YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS TOURNAMENTS AND COMPETITIONS. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS 4TH THROUGH 8TH GRADE TRAVEL PROGRAMS THAT CONSIST OF 14 GIRLS AND BOYS TEAMS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR BOYS AND GIRLS VARSITY EVENTS. OTHER FUNDRAISING EVENTS ARE HELD TO REDUCE THE COSTS OF TOURNAMENT FEES SO THE YOUTH CAN PARTICIPATE IN ADDITIONAL ATHLETIC COMPETITIONS. SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL EVENTS HELD SUPPORT THE PURCHASE OF SHIRTS FOR COACHES, UNIFORMS FOR PLAYERS, & MEALS AND TRAVEL EXPENSES WHEN THE KIDS COMPETE IN AREAS THAT REQUIRE OVERNIGHT STAYS. FUNDS ARE ALSO USED EACH YEAR TO SUPPORT TWO STUDENT ATHLETES, ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE.
