HEATH PERKINS POST CORPORATION 1) IS A VETERAN'S CLUB THAT PROVIDES SOCIAL INTERACTION FOR ITS MEMBERS WITH ITS BAR & KITCHEN FACILITIES, 2)SERVES AS A CENTER OF INFORMATION FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN REGARDS TO VARIOUS MILITARY-RELATED BENEFITS AVAILABLE, AND 3) STRIVES TO BUILD A STRONG SENSE OF PATRIOTISM IN ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY BY SETTING A PROPER EXAMPLE AND BY SPONSORING PATRIOTIC YOUTH-RELATED ACTIVITIES. ANOTHER MAJOR ROLE OF THE POST IS TO HONOR VETERANS WHO HAVE PASSED AWAY AND TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR THE REMAINING FAMILY MEMBERS.
