THE MINNESOTA SELECTS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR 680 OF MINNESOTA'S TOP YOUTH PLAYERS TO SHOWCASE THEIR SKILLS. THE FESTIVAL IS COMPRISED OF 40 TEAMS (20 BOYS/20 GIRLS) WHICH ARE SPLIT BY BIRTH YEAR (5- YEAR ROLLING WINDOW) AND REGIONAL DESIGNATION (NORTH/SOUTH/EAST/WEST).
