THE PURPOSE OF WESTERN SADDLE CLUB ASSOCIATION INC IS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF SCORING AND JUDGING EQUESTRIAN COMPETITIVE EVENTS AT SADDLE CLUB SHOWS; TO PROMOTE THE USE OF HORSES FOR PERSONAL ENJOYMENT AND COMPETITION; TO PROMOTE GOOD HORSEMANSHIP PRACTICES AND SKILLS; TO ACT IN A HELPFUL AND ADVISORY CAPACITY TO THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR BOARD IN RELATION TO ITS CLUB DRILLS, SQUARE DANCES AND COMPETITIVE GAMES; AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATING TO OR PERTAINING TO THE ABOVE PURPOSES.
