IN 2021, THE PARTNERSHIP ADMINISTERED DOWN PAYMENT AND HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS. THE PARTNERSHIP MANAGED A 39-UNIT LOW-INCOME TAX CREDIT RENTAL PROJECT,CONSTRUCTED OR REHABBED AND SOLD THREE PROPERTIES TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, AND MANAGED AND LEASED TEN UNITS OF RENTAL PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, ELEVEN OTHER HOUSING UNITS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT. THE PARTNERSHIP ALSO PARTICIPATED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF 212 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING.
