PARTICIPANT VISITS PATHWAYS REMAINED CLOSED IN 2021 BUT OUR ALL-VIRTUAL SERVICE OFFERING CONTINUED TO BUILD CAPACITY. IN 2021, THROUGH VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING, WE SERVED 5,595 PARTICIPANTS. DIVERSITYWE HELD TWO TRAININGS IN 2021, BOTH OPEN TO STAFF, PROVIDERS AND BOARD. THESE TRAININGS WERE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ATTENDEES WITH A CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT DIFFERENT CULTURES, RACES MAY NEED TO HELP IN THEIR HEALING PROCESSESPARTNERSHIPSHIPS - WE CONTINUED CREATING NEW PARTNERSHIPS, INCLUDING FAIRVIEW'S ACHIEVEMENT CENTER. WE HELD VIRTUAL PROGRAMS WITH THEIR CLIENTLE AND WILL BE REVISITING IN-PERSON IN 2022. VIRTUAL PLATFORM WITH THE SUCCESS OF OUR VIRTUAL PLATFORM IN 2021, AT OUR DEC 2021 ANNUAL PLANNING MEETING, THE BOARD VOTED TO APPROVE A TWO-PORTAL SYSTEM, OPERATING BOTH IN PERSON AND VIRTUALLY WHEN THE BUILDING REOPENS (MAY OF 2022 REOPENED).COMMITTEES - WE FORMED A DIVERSITY COMMITTEE TO HELP FORMULATE STRATEGIC THINKING AND EXECUTION AROUND TRAININGS (SEE ABOVE).RESEARCH - WE COMPLETED A THIRD-PARTY RESEARCH STUDY TO MEASURE THE EFFICACY OF VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING; THE SUCCESS WAS SUCH THAT WE SUBMITTED AN ARTICLE TO A PEER-REVIEWED JOURNAL IN SPRING 2022
