COUNTY-WIDE CARE OF CLIENTS THAT NEED HOSPICE CARE IN THEIR HOME, NURSING HOME, OR OUR RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR A COMFORTABLE DEATH. $34,512 IN CHARITABLE SERVICES WAS PROVIDED TO CLIENTS WHO WERE UNABLE TO PAY, OR AT A REDUCED RATE, BY THEMSELVES AND DID NOT HAVE THIRD-PARTY PAYERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHARGES. SERVED 82 INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, WITH 4,439 UNDUPLICATED DAYS OF CARE PROVIDED. SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE 24 HOUR CARE FOR THE TERMINALLY ILL.
