HOPKINS EARLY LEARNING CENTER (HELC) IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES, CREATES AN ENVIRONMENT TO HELP EVERY CHILD MAKE SENSE OF THE WORLD IN HIS OR HER OWN WAY. HELC IS LICENSED TO PROVIDE FULL-TIME, YEAR ROUND CURRICULUM BASED CARE FOR 117 CHILDREN AGED 6 WEEKS THROUGH AGE 5 YEARS IN A SECURE AND LOVING ENVIRONMENT.
