Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, AND/OR MENTAL ILLNESS: THE PROGRAM SERVED 6 INDIVIDUALS DURING 2021. WE PROVIDED SKILL TRAINING IN LIFE ACTIVITIES, SHELTERED WORK, AND SOCIAL SKILLS. WE ALSO PROVIDED DIRECT CARE TO MEET THE DAILY NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS IN THE PROGRAM. THIS MAY INCLUDE THINGS SUCH AS HYGIENE AND FEEDINGS. ALL THE INDIVIDUALS ARE INVOLVED IN A WORK PROGRAM, AS WELL AS LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL COMPONENTS. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE INDIVIDUALS' RESIDENCES AND/OR THEIR WORK SITE IS ALSO PROVIDED. CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19.
