20% OF LOT SALES ARE HELD IN THE PERPETUAL CARE ACCOUNTS THESE FUNDS PURCHASE VARIOUS CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSITS TO ENSURE THAT ELMHURST WILL BE AS LOVELY IN THE FUTURE YEARS AS IT IS TODAY. ELMHURST IS A PUBLIC, NON-DENOMINATIONAL, NON-SECTARIAN CEMETERY. THE CEMETERY SUPERINTENDENT, AND STAFF GIVE THEIR PERSONAL ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF THE DECEASED AND THEIR FAMILIES.


SPECIAL CARE FUNDS: INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES CAN HOLD IN A DEDICATED FUND, MONEY TO BE USED FOR SPECIAL CARE FOR THEIR LOVED ONES GRAVESITE. THIS MONEY IS USED FOR FLOWERS ON MEMORIAL DAY, MOTHERS DAY, FLAGS ON VETERANS DAY, CHRISTMAS WREATHS OR OTHER SPECIAL CARE AS NOTED BY THE FAMILY.


PRE-NEED TRUST FUND: INDIVIDUALS AND OR FAMILIES CAN PREPAID THEIR FUNERALS, INTERMENT, MARKERS, MONUMENTS AND BURIAL VAULTS. THIS MONEY IS KEPT IN A SEPARATE TRUST FUND PER PERSON AND IS NOT USED UNTIL THE DEATH OCCURS.
