AUBURN MANOR, A MINNESOTA 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT CORPORATION, OWNS AND OPERATES A 61-BED LICENSED NURSING FACILITY (AUBURN MANOR), AN ATTACHED 40-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY (AUBURN COURTS) AND A 15-UNIT MEMORY CARE FACILITY (AUBURN HOME CARE) LOCATED IN CHASKA,MINNESOTA. AUBURN MANOR ALSO OPERATES A RELATED SENIOR COMMONS BUILDING WHICH INCLUDES ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES, A CHAPEL, ADDITIONAL THERAPY SPACE, A DINING ROOM, AND A LINK THAT CONNECTS THE NURSING FACILITY TO THE ADJACENT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY.
