WE EMPOWER THOSE WE SERVE TO INITIATE AND SUSTAIN A PROCESS OF CHANGE THROUGH WHICH THEY IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH AND WELLNESS, LIVE A SELF-DIRECTED LIFE, AND STRIVE TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
