IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 2022 THE LOCAL CONCLUDED NEGOTIATIONS WITH THREE EMPLOYERS THAT BEGAN IN THE LAST FISCAL YEAR. WE CONTINUED BARGAINING AT 4 NEWLY ORGANIZED UNITS AND INITIATED CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS WITH AN ADDITIONAL 8 EMPLOYERS CONCLUDING 6 CONTRACTS, 6 CONTRACTS CONTINUE UNDER NEGOTIATION OF WHICH 4 ARE NEWLY ORGANIZED UNITS. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WE REPRESENT MEMBERS AT EMPLOYER INVESTIGATORY MEETINGS AND WORK WITH MEMBERS ON WORKPLACE ISSUES. A TOTAL OF THREE GRIEVANCES WERE FILED IN THE FISCAL YEAR AND ALL WERE SETTLED. FOUR MEMBERS ATTENDED THE 81ST CWA CONVENTION AND TNG SECTOR CONFERENCE REMOTELY IN SEPTEMBER 2021. ONE MEMBER OF THE LOCAL ATTENDED THE STATE AFL-CIO CONVENTION REMOTELY IN SEPTEMBER 2022.
