MAINTAIN EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING RIGHTS FOR FULL TIME FACULTY AND FULL AND PART TIME STAFF OF MADISON COLLEGE (MATC),MAINTAIN THE RIGHTS AND SERVICES TO WHICH THE EMPLOYEES ARE ENTITLED, PROMOTE THE EMPLOYEES' GENERAL WELFARE, OPPOSE ALL FORMS OF BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION, FOSTER COOPERATIVE ACTION AMONG ALL EMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO PROMOTE STUDENT LEARNING AND PROVIDE EFFICIENT SERVICE.
