DEDICATED TO SERVING THE TRANSGENDER AND GENDER NON-CONFORMING COMMUNITIES BY SERVING AS A CLEARINGHOUSE FOR RESOURCES AND PROMOTING MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING, ACCEPTANCE, AND EQUALITY TO ACHIEVE A POSITIVE AND HEALTHY SOCIETY.

DROP-IN SERVICES: TGRCNM'S COMMUNITY DROP-IN CENTER OFFERS A WIDE ARRAY OF FREE SERVICES TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: ACCESS TO FOOD, CLOTHING, SHOWERS, LAUNDRY, AND COMPUTERS; NON-MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT INCLUDING EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, IDENTITY DOCUMENT SUPPORT, AND LINKAGE TO CARE WITH OTHER COMMUNITY AGENCIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS; INFORMATION AND REFERRALS TO AFFIRMING PROVIDERS; VIDEO VISITS, LETTER WRITING AND LIMITED COMMISSARY SUPPORT FOR TRANSGENDER INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES; AND PEER LED SUPPORT GROUPS. THESE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE STATEWIDE.
HIV SERVICES: TGRCNM OFFERS A HARM REDUCTION PROGRAM WHICH INCLUDES HIV TESTING, SYRINGE EXCHANGE SERVICES AND OVERDOSE PREVENTION EDUCATION. THIS PROGRAM SERVES AN AVERAGE OF 200 UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS ANNUALLY.
TGRCNM PROVIDES MULTIPLE OTHER PROGRAMS THAT ALL ADD TO ITS COMPLETE MISSION.
