FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER ST. CROIX VALLEY WAS RECENTLY RECOGNIZED BY "PARENTS AS TEACHERS" AS A RECIPIENT OF THE LOSOS PRIZE FOR INNOVATION; THIS NATIONAL AWARD ACKOWLEDGES EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION IN SERVICES TO YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES, DELIVERED THROUGH AFFLILIATES OF THE LOCAL "PARENTS AS TEACHERS" PROGRAM.
