THE WISCONSIN NECA-IBEW JOINT APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING TRUST PROVIDED TRUSTEE TRAINING TO ONE OF THREE TRAINING DIRECTORS SPONSORED BY INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS. IT PARTNERED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION WORKFORCE DIVERSITY ALLIANCE TO INCREASE THE RECRUITMENT AND RENTENTION OF WOMEN IN ELECTRICAL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS. CURRENTLY MONITORING 889 APPRENTICES, 90 COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND APPROXIMATELY 120 PART-TIME INSTRUCTORS FROM EIGHT DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS. IT FACILITATED ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING, PROVIDED BY THE ELECTRICAL TRAINING ALLIANCE, AND TRAINING FOR INSTRUCTORS IN THE ONLINE DELIVERY METHOD FOR THE RELATED INSTRUCTION TO A BLENDED LEARNING MODEL FOR 15 FULL-TIME INSTRUCTORS AND 3 TRAINING DIRECTORS.
