THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND DRAW ATTENTION TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA OF OSHKOSH BY HIRING BANDS TO PERFORM CONCERTS AT THE LEACH AMPHITHEATER. THE ACTIVITY IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. A NOMINAL FEE IS CHARGED FOR ADULTS. THE WATERFEST PROGRAM RUNS FOR APPROXIMATELY 8 EVENINGS DURING SUMMER MONTHS. THE ESTIMATED ATTENDANCE FOR THE SUMMER ACTIVITY IS 30,000 TO 35,000. THE ORGANIZATION OBTAINS SPONSORSHIP FEES FROM AREA BUSINESSES AS A MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
