CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS-805 PROJECTS DONATED TO OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN;SCHOLARSHIP FOR BETTERMENT OF FARM ANIMALS,AND USE OF GENERAL PUBLIC AND YOUTH OF COUNTY PARK SYSTEM.
