TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO REACH OUT TO THOSE AFFECTED BY SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DOMESTIC ABUSE; PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THOSE IN CRISIS; AND TO EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY, BY PROVIDING THE TOOLS NEEDED TO EMPOWER THEM TO LIVE LIVES FREE OF DOMESTIC ABUSE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT.

CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES: WE OFFER CRISIS SERVICES THROUGH OUR SHELTER, HELPLINE, WALK-INS AND THROUGH IMMEDIATE RESPONSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR PARTNERS. WE PROVIDE THERAPY, LEGAL ADVOCACY, COURT ACCOMPANIMENT, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT GROUPS, VICTIM ACCOMPANIMENT WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, COURTS, AND HOSPITALS AND CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO ANYONE EFFECTED BY VIOLENCE. IN 2021, WE PROVIDED 31 INDIVIDUALS SHELTER FOR A TOTAL OF 2,840 NIGHTS IN SHELTER. OUR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS RESPONDED TO MORE THAN 10,219 HELPLINE CALLS SUPPORTING PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE AND THROUGH WALK-IN'S. OUR ADVOCATES ALSO RESPONDED TO MORE THAN 306 VICTIM ACCOMPANIMENTS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER, AND HOSPITAL. OUR ADVOCATES ALSO SUPPORTED 856 NON RESIDENTS PROVIDING MORE THAN 9,954 SERVICES.
PREVENTION EDUCATION SERVICES: THESE SERVICES PROVIDE COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION AND EDUCATION TO FOSTER VALUES, SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS FOCUSING ON RESPECT, EQUALITY AND CONSENT THAT WILL ASSIST HELPING INDIVIDUALS UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS OF POWER AND CONTROL, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND HEALTHY SEXUALITY. IN 2021, WE PROVIDED EDUCATION TO MORE THAN 1,748 YOUTH AND ADULTS.
OUTREACH / NON RESIDENT SERVICES: WE PROVIDED MORE THAN 9,500 SERVICES TO OVER 800 INDIVIDUALS WHO NEVER SPEND A DAY IN OUR SHELTER. THESE SERVICES ARE FOCUSED ON CLIENT ADVOCACY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THERAPY, LEGAL ADVOCACY, COURT SUPPORT, SAFETY PLANNING, CASE MANAGEMENT, LIFE SKILLS, HOUSING SUPPORT, SUPPORT GROUPS, LANGUAGE SERVICES, BARRIER REMOVAL AND MORE. LAST YEAR WE PROVIDED 2,400 SERVICES THROUGH GENERAL ADVOCACY, 901 THERAPY SESSIONS, 475 LEGAL ADVOCACY SERVICES AND 859 SERVICES TO YOUTH.
