WCWI LIVES THIS MISSION THROUGH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERSHIP COMPETENCIES:- EMPOWER AND EQUIP LEADERS AND WELLBEING STRATEGISTS THROUGH STRATEGIC COACHING, CONSULTATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT." WCWI PLANNED AND IMPLEMENTED THE 31ST ANNUAL EMPLOYEE WELLBEING CONFERENCE FOR EMPLOYERS, LEADERS, PRACTITIONERS, AND WELLBEING STRATEGISTS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. THE 2021 CONFERENCE WAS AN IN-PERSON CONFERENCE HELD AT THE GREEN LAKE CONFERENCE CENTER; WCWI HOSTED 213 TOTAL ATTENDEES REPRESENTING 104 ORGANIZATIONS. KEY SUCCESS METRICS FROM THIS PROGRAM:" 98% LIKELY / VERY LIKELY TO RECOMMEND THIS CONFERENCE TO COLLEAGUES" 97% SATISFIED / VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CONFERENCE THEME" 100% SATISFIED / VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OPENING KEYNOTE SPEAKERTHE ANNUAL CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTED FOUR INTERNATIONALLY-RECOGNIZED KEYNOTE SPEAKERS AND MULTIPLE DEDICATED NETWORKING SESSIONS.
THE LEARNING CIRCLE PROGRAM WAS OFFERED TO PARTICIPANTS AS A QUARTERLY VIRTUAL LEARNING SERIES FOCUSED ON THE ESSENTIAL BUILDING METHODS TO GROW IMPACT AND INFLUENCE FOR EMPLOYEE WELLBEING: 1) CONTEMPLATIVE PRACTICE 2) INVENTORY OF COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS FOR GROWTH 3) VITAL CONVERSATIONS AND 4) COLLABORATION. 159 PARTICIPANTS ENGAGED IN THE LEARNING CIRCLE PROGRAM IN 2021 AND IT WAS SUCCESSFULLY OFFERED AS A FULLY VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE. THE LEARNING CIRCLE PROGRAM MISSION OF "EVERYBODY LEARNS. EVERYBODY TEACHES" WAS DELIVERED WITH THE SPEAKING PRESENCE OF 4 SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT SPEAKERS AND SUPPORTIVE PEER NETWORKING IN EACH SESSION. EACH SESSION WAS 90 MINUTES AND ALLOWED ATTENDEES TO EXPERIENCE A COMBINATION OF LEARNING, APPLICATION, AND NETWORKING. IN ORDER TO FOSTER COMMUNITY-BUILDING, WCWI OFFERED AND ADDITIONAL OPTION FOR PEER SUPPORT THROUGH TWO ADDITIONAL PEER NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES WHERE OVER 30 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED. EACH LEARNING CIRCLE SESSION WAS ACCOMPANIED BY A WCWI RESOURCE FOR EACH OF THE FOUR TOPICS LISTED ABOVE. REGIONAL PROGRAMMING TECH TRAINING:WCWI'S TECH TRAINING IS A LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR INNOVATIVE WELLBEING PROFESSIONALS. IN 2021, WCWI GATHERED 8 EXCEPTIONAL, CURIOUS AND PURPOSEFUL LEADERS WHO REPRESENT 5 UNIQUE BUSINESS INDUSTRIES FROM 4 REGIONS IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. THROUGH THE WCWI TECH TRAINING CURRICULUM, THE ATTENDEES CONVENED VIRTUALLY FOR A SIX-MONTH PROGRAM LEARNING CONCEPTS THAT EMBODY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ACCOUNTABILITY, SHIFTING THE WELLBEING NARRATIVE, AND ADVANCING STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE.
WCWI SERVED EMPLOYER MEMBERS, LEADERS, AND PRACTITIONERS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEE WELLBEING EFFORTS, WHICH ARE IMPACTING OVER A MILLION TOTAL EMPLOYEES STATEWIDE AND NATIONALLY.
