TO ENHANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THEIR COMMUNITY AS VALUED NEIGHBORS, PRODUCTIVE WORKERS & RESPECTED CITIZENS. PORTAL, INC. ASSISTS MORE THAN 200 ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING VALUABLE TRAINING, SUPPORT, WORK OPPORTUNITIES AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
