NRLI AIMS TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF COMMUNITIES TO INTEGRATE RESTORATIVE JUSTICE AND SOCIAL EMOTIONAL PRACTICES BY CENTERING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND COMMUNITY OVER PUNISHMENT.
