SECURING AND PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF THESE EMPLOYEES.B. SECURING THE BEST CONDITIONS FOR THESE EMPLOYEES IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY PROVIDE THEIR BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.C. PROMOTING INSOFAR AS IS PRACTICAL, BUT NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF THE PREVIOUS SECTIONS, ANY OTHER ENDEAVOR WHICH SHALL BENEFIT EDUCATION IN THIS COMMUNITY AND THE GENERAL SOCIETY.D.
