THE EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM DISTRIBUTES FOOD TO FOOD SHELVES AND ON-SITE MEAL PROGRAMS ACROSS NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.
THE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROGRAM PROVIDE HOMELESS AND AT-RISK OF HOMELESS HOUSEHOLDS WITH HOTEL VOUCHERS, EMERGENCY SHELTER OPERATIONS AND CASE MANAGEMENT, AS WELL AS, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING SCATTERED SITE LEASED UNITS AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.
THE COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT (CSBG) PROGRAM SEEKS TO ADDRESS POVERTY AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, INCOME MANAGEMENT, HOUSING, NUTRITION, EMERGENCY SERVICES, AND HEALTH SERVICES.
