GREATER WATERTOWN COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION OPERATES AS A HEALTH FOUNDATION, SERVING AS A CATALYST FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH. WE LEAD OUR OWN FOUNDATION-DIRECTED HEALTH PROGRAMMING AND OFFER RESPONSIVE GRANT CYCLES. THE FOUNDATION HOLDS A 20% INTEREST IN WATERTOWN HOLDING COMPANY, LLC. THE FOUNDATION ALSO HOLDS MAJORITY OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN TWO SENIOR APARTMENT COMPLEXES, WATERTOWN SENIOR HOUSING, LLC AND WATERTOWN SENIOR HOUSING II, LLC. THE FOUNDATION HOLDS 100% INTEREST IN GWCHF HOLDINGS LLC, WHICH OPERATES A NONPROFIT CENTER AS WELL AS LAND FOR HOUSING REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES.
