EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE PROVIDING HOSPITAL SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF GAYLORD, MICHIGAN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHILE FULFILLING THE HOSPITAL'S MISSION TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE IN THE COMMUNITY. MUNSON HEALTHCARE OTSEGO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL HAD 1,451 INPATIENT ADMISSIONS IN FISCAL YEAR 2021 AND OVER 103,400 OUTPATIENT VISITS. THE HOSPITAL SERVED MORE THAN 2,800 SURGICAL CASES, 244 OBSTETRICAL BIRTHS, AND OVER 15,300 EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS. MUNSON HEALTHCARE OTSEGO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ACCEPTS ALL PATIENTS, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY. INCLUDED IN PROGRAM SERVICE EXPENSES ARE 1.3 MILLION OF EXPENSES RELATED TO THE COMPREHENSIVE CARE OF COVID-19 PATIENTS.
