EACH MCGAW INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER PROVIDES A SUPPORTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT, ROUTINE ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY CONTROL, AND COMMITMENT OF PRESENCE AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THESE ENDEAVORS. THESE INCLUDE ADMINISTERING PAYROLL AND BENEFITS FOR OVER 1,200 FELLOWS, INTERNS AND RESIDENTS AT 12 PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS.
