THE SCHMITT WOODLANDS HILLS HEALTH CENTER PROVIDES PATIENTS WITH A COMPASSIONATE, LOVING NURSING HOME SETTING IN RICHLAND CENTER, WISCONSIN. THE HEALTH CENTER, WHICH IS LICENSED THROUGH THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, OFFERS 50 BEDS IN PRIVATE SETTINGS AND PROVIDES 24-HOUR CONTINUOUS SKILLED NURSING CARE FOR EITHER SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION OR LONG-TERM STAYS. THE HEALTH CENTER PROVIDED 12,248 DAYS OF PATIENT CARE IN 2021.
THE WESTVIEW LIVING FACILITY, LOCATED IN RICHLAND CENTER, WISCONSIN, IS LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WISCONSIN AS A COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY (CBRF).
