ANNE'S SALVADORIAN CAMPUS OPERATES A 50-BED LONG TERM CARE FACILITY, 43-UNIT RESIDENTIAL CARE APARTMENT COMPLEX, 26-BED CBRF, AND A CONVENT SERVING RETIRED RELIGIOUS IN A SUPPORTIVE CARE ENVIRONMENT. THE HOME PROVIDES CARE TO THE INDIGENT UNDER MEDICAID PROGRAM. THE HOME ALSO FOCUSES A VARIETY OF SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY EFFORTS TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND SPIRITUAL BENEFITS TO A VARIETY OF CONSTITUENTS IN THE GREATER MILWAUKEE AREA.
