NURSING HOME CARE FOR THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM PROVIDED 48,001 PATIENT DAYS. REHABILITATION SERVICES PROVIDED 14,003 PATIENT DAYS THAT ASSISTED SENIORS TO RETURN TO THEIR COMMUNITY. ALSO, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SPIRITUAL, VOCATIONAL AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS.
HOUSING SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIVING SENIORS PROVIDING 38,537 PATIENT DAYS. PROGRAMS PROVIDE A FOCUS ON SPIRITUAL, VOCATIONAL AND SOCIAL NEEDS OF SENIORS IN THE COMMUNITY.
