VARIOUS MEMBER FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES ARE PROVIDED TO MEMBERS IN THE MILWAUKEE METROPOLITAN AREA. APPROXIMATELY 162 BUILDER MEMBERS AND 450 ASSOCIATE OR AFFILIATE MEMBERS.
THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS A PARADE OF HOMES EVENT FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC OFFERING AN OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW MODEL HOMES AT DIFFERENT SITES OVER SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT THE END OF THE SUMMER.
THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS A HOME BUILDING & REMODELING SHOW, A WEEKEND EVENT IN JANUARY FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC OFFERING BOOTHS AND DISPLAYS SHOWCASING VARIOUS ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE BUILDING TRADE. APPROXIMATELY 1,900 ATTENDED THIS YEAR'S HOME BUILDING & REMODELING SHOW.
THE ASSOCIATION'S SPRING TOUR FEATURES MODELS AND REMODELED HOMES THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FREE OF CHARGE IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE MILWAUKEE METROPOLITAN AREA. APPROXIMATELY 5,000 ATTENDED THIS YEAR'S SPRING TOUR.
