ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION ORGANIZATION WHOSE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES ARE TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING AND INTERESTS OF SANTA BARBARA COUNTY'S NEIGHBORHOODS,SCHOOLS, INDUSTRIES, BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS ADVERSELY IMPACTED BYCANNABIS CULTIVATION. WE ARE NOT A MARIJUANA PROHIBITION GROUP BUT COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF ALL RESIDENTS, ALONG WITH EXISTING AGRICULTURE AND TOURISM INDUSTRIES IN THE COUNTY.

ENFORCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS: DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES TO ENFORCE STATE AND LOCAL LAWS CONCERNING CANNABIS CULTIVATION TO AVOID OR REDUCE SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS AND INCOMPATIBILITIES TO EXISTING LAND USES AND ABATE NUISANCES. LITIGATION: RAISING NUISANCE CLAIMS IN CLASS ACTION FOR ODORS FROM A COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION FACILITY, LEADING TO DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF ADVANCED ODOR CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES THAT ARE INTENDED TO PERMANENTLY ABATE THE NUISANCE.


PUBLIC AWARENESS: DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO ASSIST RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES NEGATIVELY IMPACTED BY CANNABIS CULTIVATION PRIMARILY WITH RESPECT TO ODOR.
