PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED IN THE LIBRARY TO ENHANCE ATTENDENCE. THESE PROGRAMS ARE FOR ALL AGES AND OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RAISES FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE LIBRARY PROPERTY, BUILDING AND FIXTURES. OCCUPANCY COSTS ARE ALSO NEEDED TO KEEP THE LIBRARY DOORS OPEN. THE ORGANIZATION HAS RAISED ENOUGH FUNDS TO PAY OFF THE MORTGAGE ON THE PROPERTY, HOWEVER MAINTAINING AND CONTINUTING THE OCCUPANCY COSTS OF THE BUILDING IS CRITICAL TO THE LIBRARY'S SURVIVAL.
