FINANCIAL GRANT AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF TEACHER TRAINING, ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON PROPOSALS, REPORTS, AND FINANCIAL DATA TO THE AFGHAN INSTITUTE OF LEARNING. APPROXIMATELY 400,000 PEOPLE DIRECTLY BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM ANNUALLY AND 800,000 BENEFIT INDIRECTLY.
