COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITY CENTER NON PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION (COC HOUSING) PROVIDED QUALITY RESIDENTIAL OPTIONS AND COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO 67 ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO HELP THEM BECOME INDEPENDENT WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY. AS OF JANUARY 1 2016, COC HOUSING BECAME THE PAYROLL AGENT FOR TWO OF ITS RELATED TAX-EXEMPT CORPORATIONS:LIVONIA OPPORTUNITY HOUSE NPHC AND REDFORD OPPORTUNITY HOUSE NPHC. PAYROLL WAS CONDUCTED UNDER THE COC HOUSING EIN NUMBER AND CHARGED BACK TO THE CORPORATIONS LISTED ABOVE.
