LEADERSHIP SAGINAW: A COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THAT WAS FORMED OUT OF A REBOUNDED NEED THAT SAGINAW COUNTY MUST DEVELOP ITS OWN LEADERS. IT IS AN INTENSIVE 10-MONTH COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROGRAM DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO FAMILIARIZE PARTICIPANTS WITH BOTH THE UPS AND DOWNS OF LIFE IN SAGINAW COUNTY.
