THE OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 324 LABOR MANAGEMENT EDUCATION COMMITTEE AIMS TO MAKE MICHIGAN THE PREMIER STATE IN THE UNION AND POSSIBLY THE WORLD TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES.
