THE ORGANIZATION PRIDES ITSELF ON HELPING INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK TO ADVANCE THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT EXIST FOR MINORITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC FIELDS.
MANRRS PLANS, ORGANIZES, AND EXECUTES ANNUAL CONFERENCES ON A REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LEVEL TO EDUCATE, PROMOTE, AND TRAIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE AGRICULTURAL AND SCIENCE INDUSTRY. THE CONFERENCES ALLOW MEMBERS TO NETWORK WITH FOLLOW MEMBERS AS WELL AS INTERFACE WITH LEADERS WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.
