IT IS THE MISSION OF THE AGENCY THAT "MAP PARTNERS WITH VETERANS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES IN SUPPORT OF THEIR SELF-DIRECTED TRANSFORMATION TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY". MAP PRIMARILY SERVES PEOPLE FACING BARRIERS TO SELF- SUFFICIENCY RESULTING FROM: DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL ILLNESS, ADDICTION, HOMELESSNESS, AND/OR RESTRICTED ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT. MICHIGAN ABILITY PARTNERS IS COMMITTED TO THE EVOLUTION OF INNOVATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE SERVICES WHICH RESPOND TO CONSUMER AND COMMUNITY NEED.

SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS OFFER OUTREACH AND CASE MANAGEMENT LEADING TO STABLE PERMANANENT HOUSING FOR HOMELESS ADULTS


THE HOUSING OPERATIONS PROGRAM PROVIDES CLIENTS WITH ASSISTANCE IN OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING HOUSING.
