IT IS THE MISSION OF THE AGENCY THAT "MAP PARTNERS WITH VETERANS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES IN SUPPORT OF THEIR SELF-DIRECTED TRANSFORMATION TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY". MAP PRIMARILY SERVES PEOPLE FACING BARRIERS TO SELF- SUFFICIENCY RESULTING FROM: DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, MENTAL ILLNESS, ADDICTION, HOMELESSNESS, AND/OR RESTRICTED ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT. MICHIGAN ABILITY PARTNERS IS COMMITTED TO THE EVOLUTION OF INNOVATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE SERVICES WHICH RESPOND TO CONSUMER AND COMMUNITY NEED.
