LEASE PURCHASE- KNHS OFFERS AFFORDABLE, ATTRACTIVE HOUSES THROUGH A LEASE PURCHASE PROGRAM. DURING THE LEASE PORTION OF THE PROGRAM, KNHS WORKS WITH THE CLIENT TO ENSURE MORTGAGE READINESS. KNHS HELPS CLIENTS NAVIGATE THE PRE-PURCHASE MORTGAGE PROCESS.
