LEASE PURCHASE- KNHS OFFERS AFFORDABLE, ATTRACTIVE HOUSES THROUGH A LEASE PURCHASE PROGRAM. DURING THE LEASE PORTION OF THE PROGRAM, KNHS WORKS WITH THE CLIENT TO ENSURE MORTGAGE READINESS. KNHS HELPS CLIENTS NAVIGATE THE PRE-PURCHASE MORTGAGE PROCESS.


HOME REHAB - IN ORDER TO FULFILL ITS MISSION OF REVITALIZING NEIGHBORHOODS AND FOSTERING HOMEOWNERSHIP, KNHS STRATEGICALLY OFFERS HOME REPAIR SERVICES IN A TARGETED MANNER THAT MEET PRESSING NEEDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS WE SERVE.
