RECRUITED AND MOBILIZED OUTREACH AND ENROLLMENT STAFF AT HEALTH CENTERS AND THE PCA.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS. WORK ON CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT, IMMUNIZATIONS, DENTAL ISSUES, CLINICAL QUALITY, WORKFORCE ISSUES, AND NUMEROUS TRAINING AND EDUCATION CONFERENCES.
OUR HEALTH CENTER CONTROLLED NETWORK (THE MICHIGAN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT NETWORK) WORKED WITH PARTICIPATING HEALTH CENTERS TO LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYSIS TOWARD IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CARE.
