PROVIDE ADULT FOSTER CARE. THIS SPECIALIZED CARE WAS AVAILABLE IN 4 HOMES FOR UP TO 24 RESIDENTS, 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.


OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE DEVELOPING, MANAGING AND RENTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.


PROVIDE COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY. THIS CARE VARIES BY THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS. WE SERVED 18 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. WE PROVIDED 10,659 HOURS OF SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY DURING THE YEAR. PROVIDE 24 HOUR COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS FOR TWO INDIVIDUALS IN A RESIDENTIAL FACILITY, WE PROVIDED 16,724 HOURS OF SUPPORT TO THESE INDIVIDUALS DURING THE YEAR.


PROVIDE SOCIAL RECREATION SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS BY COORDINATING OR PROVIDING ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY. WE ALSO PROVIDED VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING TO ACCOMMODATE CLIENTS IN THEIR OWN HOMES. ON AVERAGE 39 CLIENTS WERE SERVED MONTHLY.
