JAMA OPERATES THE ACADEMY FOR MANUFACTURING CAREERS WHICH IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES DESIGNED TO HELP BOTH INCUMBENT AND POTENTIAL EMPLOYMENT-AGE WORKERS ACQUIRE, MAINTAIN, AND/OR ENHANCE THE SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS WITHIN ADVANCED MANUFACTURING CAREERS. THE ACADEMY ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL SUMMER YOUTH CAMPS AND PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE K-12 YOUTH WITH MANUFACTURING AND ENGINEERING CAREER EXPLORATION.
