THE ROY C. JACKSON SCHOLARSHIP IS OPEN TO ANY "LITTLE" IN THE BIG BROTHER BIG SISTERS MICHIGAN CAPITAL REGION PROGRAM THAT IS IN AN ACTIVE MATCH OF THEIR SENIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL. THE "LITTLE" MUST BE ACCEPTED INTO A POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SCHOLARSHIP. THERE WERE 6 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS IN 2021.
